1. Policy Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all courses, programs, and training services offered by Campion International, including but not limited to:

  • ABAT® (Applied Behavior Analysis Technician) Courses

  • QASP-S® Coursework Programs

  • QBA® Coursework Programs

  • Behavior Analyst Program Courses / Behavior Analyst Training Programs

  • ABA Technician and Foundational ABA Courses

  • Online, hybrid, live, in-person, intensive, supervised, and practicum-based programs

Online & Self-Paced Courses

For online, recorded, or self-paced courses delivered via Thinkific or any other learning platform: No refunds will be issued once:

  • Access to the course platform has been granted, or;

  • Any course content (videos, modules, quizzes, downloads) has been accessed Granting platform access constitutes course commencement.

Checklist

For courses that include live online sessions, workshops, or face-to-face components:

  • A partial refund of up to 50% may be considered only if a written cancellation request is received at least seven (7) calendar days before the official course start date.

  • No refunds will be issued once Live or in-person sessions have begun

  • No refunds will be issued once course materials have been released

  • No refunds will be issued once instructor time, venues, or course seats have been allocated

Intensive, Supervised, or Practicum-Based Programs

For programs that include supervision, practicum, clinical exposure, or hands-on training (including Behavior Analyst Programs):

  • All payments are strictly non-refundable, due to advance allocation of resources, supervision, placements, and instructional commitments.

  • Registration or enrollment fees

  • Administrative or processing fees

  • Platform access fees

  • Third-party payment gateway fees

Provider-Initiated Cancellation or Rescheduling

If Campion International cancels or reschedules a course for reasons beyond the student’s control, enrolled students will be offered one of the following options:

  • A full refund, or;

  • Transfer of enrollment to the next available course intake at no additional cost

Refund Request Procedure

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the official Campion International email address.

  • Requests must be submitted within the applicable refund period stated in this policy.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 to 30 business days using the original method of payment.

Transfer & Deferral Option

In lieu of a refund, students may request:

  • A one-time course deferral, or;

  • A transfer of enrollment to another eligible individual

  • All requests are subject to: Written request, Course availability, Approval by Campion International management

Certification & Exam Disclaimer

Campion International provides training and educational services only. We do not guarantee:

  • Passing of any certification, licensure, or credentialing examination

  • Approval or credentialing by QABA® or any other certifying or regulatory body

  • Failure to pass an exam or denial of certification does not qualify for a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside the scope of this policy may be considered solely at the discretion of Campion International management and must be supported by official documentation (e.g., medical emergencies).

Policy Updates

Campion International reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of enrollment shall apply.
