Attendance & Recording Policy

Live sessions are designed for real-time coaching and are not "optional" webinars.

  • Class invitation: Zoom links will be sent to your emails. Or will be sent on your Batch’s WhatsApp GC.

  • Punctuality & Technical Issues: Students must join the classes at least 5-10 minutes ahead of time. If they encounter any issues joining, they will have to notify Rime, the ABAT Coordinator.

  • Live Attendance Requirement: Students are required to attend at least 3 out of 4 Saturday sessions live.

  • Recording Access: Access to recorded sessions is a supplementary tool, not a replacement. Access will only be granted to students who provide a formal excuse letter for their absence.

  • Certification Impact: Persistent absence from live sessions may result in a "Pending" status for the practical component of the course.

Active Participation

  • Mandatory Camera Usage

Cameras must remain ON for the duration of the session. If a student has a technical issue, they must inform the lecturer or class coordinator at the start of the class.

  • Engagement Checks

Lecturers will conduct "Cold Calls" or random check-ins. If a student is unresponsive three times in a row, they will be marked as "Absent" for that session.

  • Environment

Students should be in a quiet, professional environment conducive to learning.

Mock Exam Policy

The mock exam is a prerequisite for the final assessment and must be treated with the same priority as a live clinic.

  • Fixed Scheduling

Students shall follow the mock exam scheduled on the 4th Saturday session.

  • Rescheduling Limit

Only one (1) reschedule is permitted, provided a valid reason.

Competency Assessment Plotting

  • The 72-Hour Rule: Once assessment dates are released, students have 72 hours to reserve their Competency Assessment slot schedule.

  • Auto-Assignment: If a student fails to choose a slot within the window, a slot will be automatically assigned to them based on remaining availability.
